We want our participants to feel comfortable providing honest responses because their identity is not going to be exposed.
Virtual or online focus groups are conducted using the internet and software platform Zoom. You use a tablet or laptop connected to the internet to log into a Zoom meeting. The Zoom platform allows the moderator and participants to see and hear each other.
No travel is required. You join the virtual focus group from the comfort of your home.
A moderator will give live presentations and ask participants questions about what they saw or their reactions. With AFG, we style the focus group presentations to change every 50-60 minutes in order to keep participants engaged and make the time go by quickly.
